4月7日，据“南京栖霞发布”微信公众号消息，2026南京仙林半程马拉松即将开跑，参赛选手可享受购房补贴优惠。具体标准为：报名选手补贴2万元，参赛选手补贴6万元，完赛选手补贴10万元。

4月9日，上游新闻记者致电南京市栖霞区住房和建设局进行咨询。工作人员证实了这一政策：“针对这次仙林半马，报名、参赛或完赛的选手，凭相应证明即可申请购房补贴。”当记者询问完赛选手是否确实能获得10万元补贴时，对方给出了肯定的答复。

工作人员进一步介绍，该补贴并非适用于所有楼盘，仅限报名参与活动的企业，“因为每家企业都有自己的考虑，有的愿意参加，有的不愿意。”参与活动的房源全部位于栖霞区范围内，“这是我们栖霞区政府组织的。”

关于具体房源信息，工作人员表示可在马拉松宣传页面及“南京栖霞发布”公众号上查询。本次活动截止日期为5月31日。

据悉，2026南京仙林半程马拉松赛定于4月12日（星期日）上午7:30在羊山公园西门鸣枪开跑，届时将有1.2万名选手参赛。值得注意的是，跑马拉松享购房优惠并非南京首创。此前，无锡等地也曾推出类似活动，例如，完成2026无锡马拉松全程或半程项目的选手，凭完赛证明可享受8万元购房优惠。
