同时，一些违法违规培训问题仍然存在，治理任务依然艰巨。一些机构存在超时段超限额收费、不使用合同示范文本、预收费资金没有全额监管等问题，一些地方非学科类培训机构审批和对标整改工作进度缓慢，一些机构尚未纳入全国校外教育培训监管与服务综合平台统一监管。
